The hotel offers accommodation in 8 comfortable apartments and 11 studios. All of them are elegant and modern, each with a private bathroom (shower/bath, WC, bidet) and fully equipped kitchen. The rooms include telephone, WIFI Internet connection, TV-SAT and a safe. There is also a lift in the hotel, but it is not wheelchair accessible.
The studios have a private bedroom with double bed and living room with fold out bed (sleeping up to 5 people )and a small kitchen. Please note that use of the kitchen in either the studios or apartments is not included in the price. However breakfast is included and served as a buffet from 7:30 to 10:00. Included in the price are also daily cleaning, towels (changed every two days), bed linens (changed once a week).
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day, and the staff is happy to make reservations for guides, theatre, concert tickets, taxi, car rental or laundry service. There is a luggage storage office, and an iron and hair dryer can be requested at reception. There is a secure parking place in courtyard.

Pernottamento buono, ci sono anche due canali italiani,colazione buona fanno del caffè eccezionale, per raggiungere il centro prendere il tram 9 la fermata dista a un minuto il centro 15 minuti. La metro è un pò distante ma i servizi di tram sono ottimi per raggiungere qualsiasi posto da visitare, personale eccellente e disponibile consigliato al 100%

hotel in nice up& coming area that's not really mentioned in the guidebooks. good transport to town (tram & metro) walking takes a while tho. nice microbrewery pub nearby. if travelling as a group book separately - especially if a busy time of yr as our party were put into a communal room (instead of individuals as requested) as the hotel was at capacity. our fee was massively reduced tho.
