un meilleur éclairage de la salle de bains bac à douche bouché (l'eau ne s'écoule pas)

Sehr schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Zimmer mit Kochnische, großem Bad und sehr großem Balkon. Wir waren in allen Belangen sehr positiv überrascht. Toll war auch die kostenlose Tiefgarage.

Sehr, sehr freundliches Personal,zentral gelegen, sauber , wenn man Zimmer in den Innenhof hat , auch sehr ruhig. Preis/Leistung super.

Posizione ottimale,vicinissimo alla piazza Venceslao,prezzo super,parcheggio privato con ascensore antirapina,stanza piccola ma essenziale, lenzuola consumate ma per il prezzo pagato non posso assolutamente lamentarmi.

Sehr nettes Personal,Entfernung zum Centrum ca. 10 min. zu Fuß. Garage sollte allerdings für Hotelgäste inklusive sein.

Ce n'est pas une salle de bain privée, mais un cabinet de toilette avec douche. D'autre part, vous ne précisez pas qu'il est impossible de stationner sa voiture dans la rue et qu'un parking privé est proposé par l'hôtel, payant, ce qui augmente notablement le prix par nuit. Autrement, l'emplacement est super, la chambre très vaste, le personnel sympathique, la propreté sans problème.

the staff couldnt of been more helpful, from the cleaners to the manager and the reception staff. it was a ten minute walk to wenscelas square. the breakfast was a typical continental type and the breakfast area was clean ant tidy.

Creo que la web no esplica bien lo de habkitación doble con doble cama. El personal de la recepción excelente en el trato. La Señora de la limpieza trabajadora y de confianza.

L'hotel est situé à 15-20 mn à pied du centre ville. Notre chambre était propre, spacieuse et bien chauffée mais un peu bruyante car l'hotel est sur une avenue. Le personnel est très gentil. Niveau rapport qualité/prix je le recommande sans problème.

L'albergo è decoroso. Gli arredi, la biancheria da letto e da bagno sono usurati, quindi potrebbero influenzare negativamente un primo giudizio, ma la pulizia era per noi il requisito fondamentale e siamo rimasti soddisfatti. L'ubicazione è ottima. Dalla nostra stanza non si sentiva alcun rumore, nonostante il traffico di Via Lagerova.Il personale è estremamente disponibile.

Hotel comodo pulito molto economico. Camera spaziosissima e bagno perfetto. Servizio efficiente senza fronzoli e prima colazione abbondante. Unico neo la camera mansardata era molto calda ma dopo pochi minuti di finestre aperte la temperatura diventava accettabile. Vicino alla Metro PAVLOVA. Lo consigliamo vivamente a giovani e Seniores (come me)!!!

Die Angabe Parkgarage vorhanden, heißt noch lange nicht auch gebührenfrei!! Lage perfekt, Metro + Tram sehr nah. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr großen Straße, ist aber trotzdem ruhig(wir hatten unser Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof)

Das Zimmer war für den Preis hervorragend ausgestattet und auch von der Größe her angebracht. Die Lage ist nahezu optimal (etwa 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Metro-Station, von da aus 2 Stationen zum Wenzelsplazt) Nur das Frühstück war sehr mager. Das Personal hat überwiegend gute Deutschkenntnisse, zumindest aber gute Englischkenntnisse.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Frühstück war für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer. Zu Fuß ging man ca. 15 Minuten zum Wenzelsplatz. Supermarkt und Banken ganz in der Nähe. Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Hay personas que no saben inglés y no saben usar el cartel en el que se pide que se haga la habitación. Muchas veces llegué al hotel pensando que encontraría la habitación ordenada y no fue así. Por mi experiencia en otros hoteles creo que hay sistemas mejores.

La relazione qualità-prezzo è ottima, buono il servizio e la comodità ai mezzi pubblici. Attenzione, informatevi prima per il parcheggio dell' auto! Ruben.

Die Lage ist gut, wir waren zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten am Wenzelsplatz, in 5 Minuten bei der Metro. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße, wir hatten das Zimmer in den Hof, daher war es sehr ruhig. Wie laut es in einem Zimmer auf der Straßenseite ist, wissen wir nicht. Im Hof gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich auf dem Flachdach der Garage auf Bankerln in die Sonne zu setzen. Als wir ankamen, waren Arbeiter mit dem WC-Abfluss beschäftigt. Da kein anderes Zimmer frei war, bekamen wir Ermäßigung im Restaurant. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hat sich ständig für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt. Lift ist vorhanden, allerdings erst ab dem ersten Stock. Die Rezeption (der erste Eindruck) sieht nicht so toll aus, das zwar kleine, aber ordentliche und saubere Zimmer hat aber alles wettgemacht.

Nice. Small room, but clean. Definitely worth the money. Clean towels were provided. Beats a dorm type hostel any day. The people were very friendly as was the restaurant staff.
