The apartments are situated in an historical building with a lift, facing partly a quiet one-way street and partly to the courtyard. ...more details > There are two 120m2 large apartment consisting of two bedrooms (2+3 beds), a living room with a sofa and two additional beds, a hall, a kitchen with a dining corner, a bathroom and a private toilet. The apartments are equipped with a fully furnished kitchen with a complete set of dishes, fridge, kitchen-stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker (coffee and tea for free), toaster, dish-washer, washing –machine (detergents free of charge), hairdryer, iron with ironing board. Further, there is a large LCD TV with basic satellite programs, CD/DVD player, radio alarm clock, large safety box, telephone with possibility of incoming and outgoing calls (local calls within Czech Republic are free of charge) and computer with free internet access (WI-FI available). Visitors will appreciate the special atmosphere which is evoked by the apartments’ high ceilings and wooden floors. Parking is possible in the underground garages for a fee 450 CZK when pre-arranged. Un apartement tres confortable et surtout bien situé (5 min du centre ville a pied). De nombreux restaurant et bars dans la rue.
Cependant, l isolation phonique est tres tres moyenne (prevoir des boules quies) et le soir la rue est bruyante. Un autre point négatif est l inextistence de places de parking gratuites (ce qui est valable pour "le vieux Prague). |
