bei Ankunft wurde ich umgebucht, ohne einen Ausgleich zu erhalten - so kann man mit Gästen nicht umgehen, zudem die Buchung frühzeitig durchgeführt und zwei Tage vor der Reise durch mich nochmals bestätigt und angefragt wurde.
